Information Collection and Use
SeatCrunch is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. We collect information from our customers at several different points on our website.
This website takes every precaution to protect our customers' information. Sensitive information (like credit card info) submitted via our registration/order forms is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page like an order form or account page, the padlock icon on Web browsers becomes locked, verifying that that page has been secured with SSL.

We use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, but that's not where our security measures end. We also do everything in our power to protect user-information offline. All of our customers' information - not just the sensitive information mentioned above - is restricted to SeatCrunch offices. Only employees who need this information to perform a specific task (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Additionally, the servers that store such personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. If you have any questions about the security of our website, feel free to email to us.
We collect information from our customers when they fill out an order form. When filling out an order form, customers must provide contact information (e.g., name and shipping address) and financial information (e.g., credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes, for filling customer orders or, in some cases, to contact the customer.
Cookies are bits of data that contain information about the customer. They are stored on a customer's hard drive. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once a customer closes the browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the customer would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a customer rejects the cookie, he or she may still use our site, but may experience limitations in some areas.
We send all newly-registered members a welcome email to verify their username and password. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, special deals, and possibly a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our customers we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
We also send our members site and service announcement updates which contain important information about the service. Members are not able to unsubscribe from these announcements. We communicate with customers via email or phone to provide requested services and in regards to issues related to their account.
Customers are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site. For example, our order form has an 'opt-out' mechanism for customers who buy from us but don't want to receive any marketing material. Customers who are receiving our newsletter or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by sending us an email with "unsubscribe' in the subject line.
